LOCATION: In the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The distance is about 260 Kms (05 hrs) from Nairobi. The Keekorok airstrip, 10 minutes from the serviced by daily scheduled flights in the mornings from Nairobi, Nanyuki, Samburu and afternoons from Nairobi. 

 

 

DESCRIPTION: It is a tented camp located in a prime game viewing area, on the migration path of the Wildebeestes. The camp is set on an elevation surrounded by two streams with the grounds beautifully laid out with trees and plants and is surrounded by electrical fences

 

NUMBER OF ROOMS: 90 modern tents (72 twins and 03 triples) all on the ground floor.

(The 15 new Superior tents are both longer and wider, with white canvas not green like the old ones and have more luxurious finishing & furnishings in the room itself & the bathroom.)  

 

Room décor: Modern spacious tent with permanent roof and zip up camouflaging with the surrounding.

 

Room amenities: Luxurious tents with permanent shower and WC, permanent roof and zip-up front and 240 V electricity.

Isokon Restaurant, the main restaurant has a capacity 150 is on the ground floor with an internal section and an external canopy. The Panorama Bar with a capacity 150 is also on the ground floor and has a cozy log fire lit in the evenings. The pool area is ideal for BBQs, except on rainy days.
