Each room has its own private terrace and uninterrupted views overlooking the Indian Ocean. Each guest room and suite has been designed to take full advantage of the magnificent views, whilst maintaining complete privacy from other guests. The guestrooms and suites are elegantly appointed and range in size from 60sqm to 300sqm, offering international satellite TV with movie channels, multilingual telephone voicemail, tea and coffee making facilities, in room safe and mini-bar.

The guest rooms and suites are conceived as contemporary, each houses an ensuite bathroom together with a private tropical courtyard with an outdoor shower. The beautiful sandy tones and blues of Zanzibar are offset against the myriad of coral colours in the soft furnishings.

Garden Room: Located on the ground floor of the accommodation cluster, the Garden room is 45sqm in size. With a spacious bedroom/sitting room area and a large ensuite bathroom which houses a separate bath, toilet, indoor shower and tropical outdoor shower. The room has a private outdoor terrace with table and chairs.

Terrace Room: Located on the first floor of the accommodation clusters, the Terrace room is 45sqm in size. The spacious tropical bathroom features a deep soaking tub, rainforest-like shower and a separate toilet. The bathroom also features a tropical courtyard with outdoor shower, his and hers basins and floods of natural light. The lovely bedroom with Queensize bed opens onto a private balcony and internal stairs that lead to your very own private roof top sun terrace with.

Zamani Suite: Located on the first floor of the accommodation cluster, the Zamani Suite is 99sqm in size. Divided into two large spacious rooms, one being the living and dining area and the other the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The spacious tropical bathroom features a deep soaking tub, rainforest-like shower and a separate lavatory. The bathroom also features a delightful tropical courtyard with outdoor shower, his and hers basins and floods of natural light. The suite has two private balconies, one off the living/dining area and the other off the master bedroom. Internal stairs lead to a very large private roof top sun terrace. The Zamani Suite is perfect luxury. The Zamani Suite can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 Children (additional beds).

Villas: The Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski Tanzania features 7 private villas each with their own infinity pools and sundeck with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. The five one bedroom private villas have a spacious lounge and dining areas and their own kitchenettes, sun terraces and tropical gardens overlooking the Indian Ocean. The two presidential villas hang over the cliff edge, with infinity pools overlooking across the azure waters of the ocean.

One Bedroom Villas: Zamani has a choice of 5 one bedroom villas. Each of these 150 sqm villas is spacious, contemporary in style and filled with natural light. Each villa is set within its own tropical garden with panoramic views over the Indian Ocean. The one bedroom villas consist of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which looks out onto a tropical private courtyard garden. A large lounge/dining room with sliding doors which open onto a private sun deck and your very own infinity swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchenette with complimentary soft drinks and butler service is available on request. Each of the one bedroom villas has its very own character and name, while their artwork, as well as some of the individually selected decorative items, are inspired by the name of the villa. The One Bedroom Villas can accommodate either up to 3 Adults, or 2 Adults and 2 Children

Villa Pemba: Zamanis two-bedroom villa is located on the edge of a cliff directly over looking the azure blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The 250 square meter villa includes two double bedrooms each with uninterrupted sea-views; a separate living room with wide sliding-glass doors opening onto a large sun deck and infinity swimming pool, with its water seeming to cascade into the sea below; a fully fitted kitchenette complete with complimentary soft drinks. The villas interior design and furnishings are in classic Zanzibari style with artwork adorning the walls from renowned local artists. The master bedroom features a king-size canopied bed, side tables, sliding glass doors that give way to screen and glass doors and unimpeded views. The spacious ensuite bathroom comes with a separate shower, large bathtub and twin vanities looking onto a private tropical courtyard garden. The guest bedroom is very similar to the master bedroom in design and furnishings, and also houses a spacious ensuite bathroom which looks onto a tropical courtyard garden. Each night at sunset, your Butler will serve you complimentary champagne and canaps. The Pemba Villa Can accommodate up to 4 Adults and 2 children.

Villa Zanzibar: Also known as the Presidential villa, this magnificent 3 bedroom, 300sqm villa is pure luxury. Discretely isolated from the rest of the hotel, privacy is absolutely guaranteed. The villa opens onto an expansive sitting room and dining area, with a kitchen, two guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a very spacious master bedroom with its own lavish ensuite. At the front is a huge private outdoor terrace with a 20-meter infinity swimming pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and spectacular entertainment area. Private access to a white sandy beach is just meters away. Villa Zanzibar comes with its own fully equipped kitchenette, complimentary soft drinks and can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.

Cloves Restaurant: A relaxed all day dining restaurant that features an international mixture of cuisines with a twist of Arabian and African influence. Cloves Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. This restaurant opens onto a beautiful terrace with palm trees that allows for alfresco dining. Serves both a la carte and buffet menus. Cloves Restaurant is open daily from 07:00am to 11:00pm.

The Red Snapper: Open only for Dinner, the Red Snapper restaurant is located Cliffside overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean. As the name suggests The Red Snapper dedicates itself to creating a range of stunning dishes by using the freshest fish and seafood. The Red Snapper is open for dinner daily from 6:00pm to 11:00pm.

Zanzi Bar: The perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy an array of African and International Cocktails. Also offers an amazing selection of wines. The Zanzi Bar is open daily from 16:00pm until late.

Pool Bar: For really decadent lazing, you can order drinks and light meals throughout the day from the Pool Bar, either eating at your sunbed by the pool or under the shade of the bar itself.The Pool Bar is open daily from 09:00am to sunset.

Jetty Bar: Stretching about 150m over the reef, the jetty has something to offer for everyone, day and night. During daytime, either relax in the sun on a sun-bed or have a drink and something light to eat. During night, let the pier transport you to a bar which blends Zanzibari tradition and a relaxed atmosphere with romantic music and candle light. Zamani Beach Club Grill & Bar: Within the grounds of the private Zamani Beach Club and only a short stroll away from the hotel, the Grill and Bar is situated beach-side under lush drooping palms and coconut trees. Overlooking an endless beach it is offering light fair and items from the grill and is the place to be. You can enjoy tropical, local and international juices and drinks while enjoying the African sun and clear blue skies.
