Tembo Hotel
Tembo House is strategically situated on the picturesque seafront of Stone Town and is definitely a landmark amongst hotels in Zanzibar. It is magnificent building, which has functioned in many ways over the past years. (As American Consulate in 1834) in 1884 it became the premises of Cowasjee Din Shaw and Partners which was the famous Trading Companies in the western Indian Ocean in those years.

Climate:
Tropical hot and humid with an average temperature of 20ºC . Rainy month is April and May. July to October has an average temperature is 25ºC and the humidity is low with cool nights. November to March have short rains and is VERY hot and humid.
