NUMBER OF ROOMS: 139 guest rooms set out in three different grounds: 60 rooms in 30 individual cottages each with two suites, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The main building offers 72 en-suite guest rooms.

Situated away from the cottages and the main building, is a cluster of 07 presidential suites with private check-in facilities and an exclusive presidential club facility for the suit residents.

ROOM AMENITIES: The cottages have both pressure Jacuzzis and cordoned shower trays. While most of the rooms in the main building have pressure Jacuzzis, the few remaining have cordoned shower trays. 
The hotel has 24 hour running cold and hot water facilities, 500 Ml. mineral water bottles in all the rooms free of charge.

SPECIAL FEATURE: The Lodge has a spectacular view of both the mountains.

FOOD & BEVERAGE FACILITIES: The Kilimanjaro Restaurant with Multi Cuisine Menu and Mega Kitchen is capable to cater for even 400 Pax at a time. Others in line are Cane Restaurant, Tuliza Bar, BBQ Ranch etc. The Restaurant and Bar services are provided 24 hours.

The hotel provides laundry, pressing and dry cleaning facilities. Also provide other facilities like satellite television, hairdryer, shaver units, shampoo, hand and bath towels, Coffee/tea making facilities, electronic safes etc. in all the rooms. Mini bars can be provided on request. The Lodge provides round the clock operator assisted out going and incoming telephone calls. 

CONFERENCE FACILITIES: There are two big conference halls, which can accommodate up to 600 people at a time. In addition, have two boardrooms that can accommodate up to 100 people. The hotel also has an Internet cafe; business centre and provides all types of secretarial services, the hotel has beautiful gardens and lawns. So the guests can relax in the open air. The hotel also has a curio and gift shop.

RECREATION ACTIVITIES: The Lodge has a big swimming pool, a sauna, and a wide range of sports facilities including a lawn tennis court, table tennis, volleyball, children amusement park, and an 18-hole golf course which is expected to be ready for use in the near future. A leisurely guided walk in the large coffee farm can be organized for those who want something different. The guide will be happy to explain all about coffee farming, harvesting and processing of coffee beans.
