Hemingways is located inside the Watamu National Marine Park and only three hours from Tsavo East National Park, Kenya's largest National Park. Tsavo safaris can be arranged; from one night to several, you can experience the big game country for yourself in the nearby National Parks of Tsavo East and Tsavo West.
Situated approximately 128 kilometers North of Mombasa and 28 kilometers South of Malindi on the Turtle Bay Beach at Watamu.

Room Amenities: All Hemingways rooms and suites are extremely comfortable, have ocean views, are within yards of the beach and benefit from 24 hour room service. All have bathrooms with showers en-suite. There is air-conditioning and fans throughout, and rooms also have mosquito nets, personal safes and room fridges.
The standard rooms in the original wing of the hotel are close to the beach. They are shaded by palm trees and offer a choice of twin or double beds. Deluxe rooms are located on ground floor of the new wing, offering the easiest of access to the hotel gardens and beach; they have a bath as well as a shower, three single beds and a terrace with table and chairs. Junior Suites are available on all three floors. They have super king-sized beds, large baths, as well as showers and a lounge area.

The restaurant overlooks the Indian Ocean and seats 200 people, with additional seating for 100 on the outside terrace.
